| Latest news! Who is turning a blind eye to their agents who are writing false letters from their women to their male clients? Who is one of the biggest Russian dating sites based in America? If you know the answer, then you know it's the same site. This is thought to be one of the largest dating companies from the US to be involved in scamming men. I can't divulge their name or web site address here for legal reasons. But you may find this site offers more information about scams and the various scam sites. Click on this link: http://agencyscams.com/Alert.htm Recently I wrote on my mail list about how one of my clients discovered that this company's agents were writing letters for women without the consent of the women and with the full knowledge of the American owned and based company. I was amazed a company in the US could blatantly scam men. Their get out clause is 'we are not responsible for agents practices in Russia'. Yet they continue to work with the same agents and the woman whose details were being used to snare men is still listed and no doubt the agent is still writing letters for women to men. I believe this is the tip of the iceberg and a multi plaintiff lawsuit is being filed against this site. This week another client wrote to me to say a woman on MY site was a scammer because he was writing to her through the American site and she lived in a different city and had a different name to the lady on MY site. Why do men think my site is the scam!! It took me a couple of hours to discover that the woman on my site is the REAL woman and my client had been taken the same way as my previous client. I expect many, many 100's of men are writing and receiving letters from women through this company when in fact they are receiving letters through professional writers working for this company's agents. There is also a link to the FBI who are finally getting around to investigating this area of the Internet. The Agency Scams web site is a very good resource and I highly recommend reading it and checking back often. Click here for the full story www.adultsingles.com is a scam site. We have discovered many of our ladies photo's being used on adultsingles.com with false names and details. Do not use this site! There are two main types of scams from Russia. The first is the lone Russian woman scammer. And then there is the Russian agency scam. The Lone Russian ScammerThe lone woman usually operates through the 100's of free dating sites that proliferate the Internet today. And because of the anonymity of these sites they have encouraged every scammer there is to try and dupe the unsuspecting. Unfortunately for the newbies and the uniniated it is easy to fall for the scams. I've witnessed every scam going and many men write to me about how they have been scammed and the various forms they take. Please take a moment to read the information and advice below so that you are not the next victim. There are now literally 100's of dating sites allowing you to join initially for free. You probably know the big ones I'm refering to. For legal reasons I am not able to post sites that I believe turn a blind eye to scams. Many of these free dating sites allow you to post your photo and email address for free. But should you wish to contact anyone you will be required to pay a monthly fee, usually $15 a month by credit card! Hardly a free site? Now you've signed up on one of these 'free' sites, sent your credit card details to them and now have full access to their database of profiles. And believe me they have quite a large database. Of course they do! They allow anyone to post an advert for free. Some of these sites have 100'000+ 'members'. These websites have absolutely no method of verifying the details of the people joining. Many scammers copy photo's of our women and use them on these sites pretending to be the beauitful woman in the picture. Every week I have to write to various websites asking for women's photo's to be removed. That beautiful 25 year old woman could be Uncle Bob posting a picture of a pretty lady from an anonymous email account. You really do not know who you are contacting! A lot of the single women from Russia who scam men use these sites. Scams from these Russian women usually follow a set method. Many will contact you first after seeing your ad. They will send you their picture and tell you how much they were attracted to you. If you are like me, an average looking man and in your 40's you have to be a little suspicious of a 20 year old super model writing to you directly. Young, attractive Russian women do NOT need to use sites to contact men. These women have to at least pay for Internet access and usually some kind of fee when they want to use the site for corresponding. And in the end it's you guys who are going to pay for this. If they are real they are listed on agencies like ours and have plenty of men writing to them at no cost to themselves. After a few emails they become very serious with you and are completely head over heels in love with you! The emails will follow a set pattern. They will move onto explaining how difficult it is to write to you via email as the costs are high and can you please help them with these costs. If you agree you are asked to send them money by ******* ***** (money transfer service). I'm not allowed to publish their name! Now imagine if you have a picture of a very pretty lady who is getting literally 100's of letters a week from men on a free site she will be getting money from some of these guys. If she can get 1 guy in 20 to send her $20 a month she is on a winner. $20 is not much for you but the average wage in Russia and Ukraine for a lot of people is $50 a month. These women are making a lot of money!! A lot of the scammers will go quiet for a while to the men they are writing to. And then out of the blue they will write to you about a horrible accident they or a family friend has had. It's usually their mother who has had to go into hospital and so on. Yes you'd be surprised how many men fall for this! Russian Agency ScammersAgents in Russia who do not have websites of their own post profiles of their women on these 'free sites' too. So you'll end up sending personals emails to what you think is the woman on the photo ad. But after a few letters you will receive a letter from the agent asking you to send money by ******* ***** to continue your correspondence. In fact it's quite possible that you have not been writing to the woman in the photo ad but the secretary in the agency! Once you send them money many of these agents then contact the women and tell them about your 'correspondence over the past weeks' and invite them to continue if they are interested! There was an agency in Ukraine made up of about 8 married women who posted bogus pictures of women on these free ads sites and waited for the emails from men to come in. And they did by the bucket full. These women had a nice little set up with men sending money by ******* ***** regularly thinking they were in correspondence single women when in fact it was a group of married women. They were caught when one man visited and insisted on meeting the women he had been writing to. Needless to say the women posted on the sites were bogus and their pictures were probably taken from a magazine. This agency now has it's own website and continues to be closed but reopens under a new url often. There are many Russian women dating agencies now that continue correspondence for women on their ladies behalf. As very few men bother to go and visit the women they are writing to, the agencies can operate these letter writing scams quite comfortably knowing that it's highly unlikely that the men will visit the women. As soon as a man mentions he is visiting the correspondence will go dead. Other Russian ScamsAnother scam to avoid is the women who say they can get a visa to visit you in the US, Canada or the UK for example. I've read of women asking men to send them $1000 to pay a travel agent to arrange their visa's and flights. Guys these women will not get a visa! But they will keep your money and you won't here from them again!! My advice to you is not to send money to any woman you have not met in person. Seems obvious enough doesn't it? If you don't send money you don't get scammed! You have been warned! After reading this you may be put off contacting anyone. But for every woman that scams there are 1000's that are genuine, honest and sincere. Of course not every person listed on free sites is a scammer as many people have had success with them. But please be sensible and use your big head not the little one! If something seems to good to be true.... it usually is! You may be asking yourself - What exactly do you do to stop scams like these? Every Russian woman who wants to join our network has to visit our agent with proof of identity which will be their internal passports. Russian people have 2 passports. An international one and a national one. When someone marries in Russia they will have to provide their internal passport which is stamped and when they divorce too. This passport will list their children as well and their current address. Our agents have to send scans of all hand written and signed applicantions to our head office in Sevastopol to be verified before they are added to our network. All original letters from women have to be kept and produced as and when we ask for them. We are currently working on a system whereby you will be able to receive a scan of the original hand written reply sent to you through our mail forwarding service.
As you can see it's very difficult for a single woman to scam through us and also very difficult for an agent to falsely write letters through us. And Russian scammers don't bother trying to get on our network when they can join a free site with an anonymous email address and wait for the flood of emails from the unsuspecting.
